Your Part in It: Working out of our Chile office, we are looking for our next Senior Sales Executive. This individual will play a key role in expanding our footprint by driving new business, developing long‑term client relationships, and delivering best‑in‑class service. This role requires a proactive, goal‑oriented individual with a deep understanding of freight forwarding and 3PL solutions in the region. SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE What the Job Entails: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Chilean market Build and maintain a book of business by developing strong client relationships Secure and grow strategic accounts through value‑driven sales approaches Provide consultative support to clients on service offerings, pricing, and market trends Develop executive‑level relationships and serve as a strategic advisor to C‑suite contacts Collaborate with internal operations and pricing teams to ensure service excellence Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, track outreach, and monitor progress Stay informed of competitive landscape and industry developments What We Are Looking For: Minimum 5‑10 years of experience in freight forwarding or 3PL sales Strong knowledge of international logistics and multimodal transport (Air, Ocean, and Land) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Self‑motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills Bilingual (Spanish and English) required Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment Strong business acumen and ability to engage senior‑level stakeholders What We Offer: Full benefits package (local to Chile) Opportunities for growth within a global organization Supportive and dynamic work environment Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure Tools, technology, and mentorship to support success This is a full‑time permanent position: Monday to Friday. #J-18808-Ljbffr
