Your Role: Based in our Chile office, we are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to expand our footprint by driving new business, developing long-term client relationships, and providing excellent service. This role requires a proactive, goal-oriented individual with deep knowledge of freight forwarding and 3PL solutions in the region. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Chilean market. Build and maintain a book of business through strong client relationships. Secure and grow strategic accounts via value-driven sales approaches. Provide consultative support on services, pricing, and market trends. Develop relationships with C-suite executives and act as a strategic advisor. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence. Meet or exceed revenue goals regularly. Manage pipeline and outreach using CRM tools. Stay informed of industry developments and competitors. Candidate Profile: 5-10 years of experience in freight forwarding or 3PL sales. Strong knowledge of international logistics and multimodal transport (Air, Ocean, Land). Proven sales success and target achievement. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
