Job Statement: To provide MA's (sales/sales support) within the defined region, quotation including costing, recommended sales price, graphic representations, and contract details for all mill lining products. Analyze the best source within the Commercial demand and supply control team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Evaluation of input for quotations and design (info, data and drawings)
2. All types of quotations (new, repeat, OEM, budget and firm)
3. Review contract details together with the Long Term Agreements Specialist.
4. Prepares freight estimations together with logistics teams
5. Review pricing in collaboration with Pricing Governance role and product groups
6. Find and evaluate historical costing and pricing
7. Obtain up-to-date costing and lead-time information from supply chain
8. Using new and historical information from our tools and systems to ensure that our offerings are consistent and profitable
9. Use and maintain relevant ML support software
10. Process and contract specialists is preferable to have
11. Be aware of and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment standards in accordance with internal documentation, legal requirements and requirements of the Organization.
12. Regarding the tasks in which you are involved, comply with the procedures that imply the accreditation, certification and maintenance of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001 and Ch3262 Standards (Gender equality and reconciliation of work, family and life, staff).

Relationships:

1. Oversees to: N/A
2. Reports to: Assistant Manager, Mill Lining Quotations Americas
3. Internal interfaces: All internal interfaces of the company.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Degree in engineering or equivalent experience from relevant jobs/positions.
2. Prior experience in mill lining products, production and business highly preferred, but not a must to have.
3. Comfortable communicating in English, verbally as well as in writing.
4. Highly organized and problem-solving attitude.
5. High quality detailed and customized offerings performed in a timely manner.
6. Together with MA and supply consolidating Metso's image as a solution provider.
7. Strong long-term relationships internally and externally through dedication, service mindedness and knowledge.
