**Position Overview**

The primary responsibility of the IT Applications Analyst is mastery of the relevant informations systems to maintain, and advance those systems in accordance with the requirements of the business units and operations that utilize those systems. The Analyst will work in the process of interpretation of system requirements, design specifications, configuration, testing, trouble shooting, and support of current & future information systems and solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Facilitates activities with business functional user groups to define the Enterprise Best Practice business processes and identify exceptions to be resolved
- Analyzes and verifies Projects requirements from customers for completeness, consistency, feasibility to the business needs via Best Practices.
- Analyze business processes and provide solutions to optimize productivity and ensure data accuracy.
- Build process documentation, functional specifications, test scripts and help with training documentation
- Monitor existing processes to ensure system accuracy and integrity
- Provide day to day system/process support to users in coordination with corporate support team
- Change management and train users on new systems and processes.
- Manage and oversee the design and development of customized reports, utilizing ABAP technical resources and other tools (e.g., report writer) functionality within SAP
- Design and development of interfaces and conversion programs to/from existing legacy systems - Work directly with project stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of multiple projects to define, design and implement robust technology solutions.
- Collaborate outsourced resources to achieve project goals
- System testing effort necessary as part of project deliverables
- Partners with peers across the IT organization to solve complex business problems including taking a lead role on the high-level solution options and design
- Research and Learn relevant technologies, including their current updates, independently
- Keeping informed of industry trends within the specific technology area of focus.

**Specific/Technical Details**:

- Strong SD experience working on SAP ECC and supporting business team on core SD in order management, pricing, shipping, invoice
- Exposure to Pricing, Taxes, transportation and logistics execution and Sales information system
- Exposure to system enhancements, user exits and routines Mandatory SD Skills Quotation, Contracts, Sales Orders,
- Scheduling Agreements, Third Party Sales, Stock Transport Order, Pricing Taxes, Credit Management, Free Goods Processing, Material Determination, Invoicing

**System design/setup in major SD ECC functions**:

- Pricing
- Output types
- Item categories
- Text objects
- Document types
- Partner functions
- Cloud and Service for Customer
- SAP Commissions
- Managing transports between environments

**System design/setup in major SAP CX functions**:

- Workflow maintenance, adaptation design, and general administration of SAP Cloud For Customer
- Administration of SAP Service Cloud features and workflows
- Administration of SAP Commissions system
- Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the SAP C4C
- Should have worked in creating KPIs, reports and dashboards

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English is a must
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent, relevant experience)
- 5+ years Business functional experience within relevant area.
- Prior experience with SAP / ERP projects both as solution expert as implementation team lead
- Experience with SAP CX solutions
- At least 2 years' experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role
- Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information
- Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex, cross-functional requirements and challenges
- An understanding of and experience with manufacturing and distribution processes, terms and methodologies
- Expert understanding of an ERP system and the ability to comprehend overall business impacts of all ERP changes
- Ability to analyze operational problems and develop appropriate solutions
- Strong interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills and client-centered approach
