Resumen del PuestoEl Lead de Operaciones Comerciales es responsable de apoyar la ejecución y el seguimiento de estrategias comerciales en los puntos de venta donde están presentes nuestros productos. Este rol implica asistir en la gestión de los recursos de reposición y coordinar con el equipo de supervisores a nivel nacional. El Líder actúa como un punto de contacto clave entre los gerentes de tienda de las cadenas, la agencia, y sirve como enlace entre el área comercial de Edgewell y el punto de venta para capitalizar oportunidades que ayuden a incrementar nuestras ventas.
Responsabilidades:
- Apoyar la implementación de estrategias de trabajo de terceros en alineación con las políticas y estrategias comerciales de EPC Chile.
- Asistir en el análisis y gestión eficiente de los recursos de merchandisers dentro del presupuesto anual asignado.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento del servicio contratado con el proveedor de merchandisers, apoyando la ejecución en el punto de venta según las estrategias establecidas por el área comercial.
- Identificar oportunidades de mercado y contribuir a los análisis comerciales que ayuden en la toma de decisiones futuras.
- Colaborar con los equipos para impulsar una excelente ejecución en los puntos de venta y recopilar información actualizada de cada ubicación donde esté presente el personal de reposición.
- Proporcionar información relevante, contribuir a planes de mejora y apoyar iniciativas para aumentar la participación de mercado y la visibilidad de la marca en el punto de venta.
- Generar informes sistemáticos que reflejen la efectividad de las promociones en el punto de venta.
- Asistir en la actualización de las rutas establecidas para los merchandisers y apoyar ajustes de personal cuando sea necesario.
- Ayudar en la capacitación de supervisores y merchandisers sobre rutas de tiendas, campañas y productos antes de su lanzamiento.
- Participar en reuniones semanales con supervisores y reuniones ad hoc con merchandisers para comunicar prioridades de exhibición según los planogramas de cada cliente y abordar desafíos operacionales de manera oportuna.
- Mantener una base de contactos y fomentar buenas relaciones con los actores clave en cada canal de venta.
- Colaborar con el equipo de Trade Marketing y supervisores de la agencia para garantizar la correcta ejecución en los puntos de venta, asegurando espacios adicionales de exhibición, cumplimiento de planogramas y mejor visibilidad del producto.
- Apoyar el análisis y la gestión de rotación de productos, stock inmovilizado, promociones vigentes y visibilidad de nuestros productos en los puntos de venta.
- Asegurar la ejecución de limpieza de exhibiciones, FEFO (First Expired, First Out) y el inicio y término de campañas en el canal moderno.
- Contribuir con reportes y observaciones de tiendas para mejorar las ventas y la gestión en piso, respetando la frecuencia solicitada:
- Analizar indicadores de sell-out y quiebres de stock para recomendar acciones correctivas en el punto de venta.
- Monitorear y reportar precios de EPC y de la competencia en el punto de venta, generando alertas cuando sea necesario.
- Rastrear las acciones de la competencia en el punto de venta, incluyendo nuevas exhibiciones y lanzamientos de productos.
- Proporcionar informes fotográficos mensuales de implementaciones en tiendas y ejecuciones de campañas por canal.
- Realizar visitas de campo regulares (al menos cuatro veces por semana) para supervisar la gestión del personal en los puntos de venta.
- Participar en reuniones de ventas de EPC para mantenerse informado sobre nuevos proyectos, actualizaciones de ventas y desarrollos comerciales con las cadenas.
- Actuar como punto de contacto en el punto de venta para Edgewell y los requerimientos de los empleados.
- Asistir en los cierres de facturación mensual para la generación de facturas con BI.
- Profesional con título en áreas administrativas (Ingeniería Comercial o similar) con 5 años de experiencia en roles comerciales o de marketing.
- Orientado a resultados, capaz de trabajar de manera autónoma y en entornos de alto desempeño, con fuertes habilidades analíticas.
- Conocimientos en supervisión, logística en retail, layout, ventas e investigación de mercado.
- Conocimiento geográfico de la región para una ejecución efectiva en campo.
