This position is responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to close-out. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with commercial operations teams to ensure that all customer information is complete and accurate. They will review and audit order handoffs, verify documents, and engage with the commercial team during project close-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the commercial operations team to confirm accurate customer information.
- Review and audit order handoffs to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Verify order documents and engage with the commercial team during project close-out.
- Lead lessons learned meetings with operations, sales, and engineering teams.
- Review and confirm service sales order documentation in SAP ERP tool.
- Facilitate communication between commercial operations and operations teams to compile details for Accounts Receivable reduction.
- Manage and direct commercial operations and project management teams to ensure timely payment for current and future sales orders.
- Maintain and reduce overdue payments by collaborating with finance and global business services.
- Confirm product schedules, shipments, and on-time delivery of materials for service sales orders.
- Backlog management of assigned orders, phasing dates in SAP for delivery/invoicing and reporting revenues forecast and deviations.
- Share lessons learned, report deviations, and provide administration assistance to the project management team on related project orders and turnkey projects.
- Communicate directly with customers regarding project updates, scheduling, change notices, close-out documentation, and initiate order and project invoicing.
About You
- Civil Electrical Engineering degree required.
- Intermediate or advanced English language proficiency.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Expertise in MS Project and knowledge of PMP certification mandatory.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP system.
