Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Enterprise Sales para nuestra oficina de Chile, con un enfoque estratégico y pasión por los negocios para liderar la expansión en su territorio.

¿Qué es lo que vas a hacer?
- Serás el motor de crecimiento en la generación de nuevos negocios y la expansión del territorio asignado.
- Tu foco estará en fortalecer relaciones con clientes estratégicos, diseñar planes de cuenta dinámicos y alinear estrategias de venta con nuestros objetivos globales.
- Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Liderar estrategias de upselling, cross-selling y BPO en tu cartera de clientes.
- Gestionar el pipeline y asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales.
- Liderar la creación de propuestas comerciales de alto impacto.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia en ventas consultivas y desarrollo de negocio en tecnología o servicios.
- Habilidad para construir relaciones estratégicas de alto nivel.
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y orientados a resultados.
- Mentalidad analítica y foco en métricas comerciales.
