OPERATIONS MANAGER

Your Mission

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the production and stock levels of the products marketed by the company, as well as supervising and controlling that the production, maintenance, distribution, sales administration, and Finished Products Warehouse tasks are carried out in accordance with the quality and safety policies, occupational health and environmental protection of the company and under current legal regulations.

What you will do

• Supervise and control that the work of the personnel under their charge is carried out under the conditions of safety, quality, and environmental protection defined by the company for their area.
• Supervise and control the execution of the company's monthly production plan.
• Define and control the expense budget of the Operations Management.
• Supervise and control the execution of maintenance programs for equipment and machinery, as well as their repair.
• Define, execute, and control infrastructure improvement and change work within the plant.
• Evaluate and implement productive improvement processes within the plant.
• Control and supervise the production, storage, and dispatch process of the company's products.
• Supervise and control that the facilities and machinery comply with the safety, quality, and environmental protection measures defined by the company.
• Supervise and control that production processes are carried out according to work plans and manufacturing procedures for each product.
• Ensure that the personnel in charge comply with the safety, quality, and environmental protection measures defined by the company.
• Supervise that the systemic processes and entry of production information into the company's computer systems are properly carried out.
• Supervise and control that sales, logistics, and distribution administration activities are carried out correctly.
• Supervise and control compliance with the management indicators requested for operations management.
• Supervise compliance with the hygiene, traceability, inventory, safety, and environmental standards of the different areas of management.
• Manage the training and development of the technical and personal skills required by your work team.
• Ensure compliance with customer service standards defined for your area.

What we expect from you

• University Degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer, or Electrical Engineer. Postgraduate studies: Master's degree or diplomas specializing in the subject.
• Full proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Operations Manager.
• It is a plus to have knowledge of the food sector.
• Combines theoretical expertise with hands-on experience.
