En Baufest buscamos mejorar la vida con tecnología, por lo que nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Managed Services Engineer para sumarse a nuestro equipo.

Responsabilidades:
  • Evaluar herramientas.
  • Implementar y configurar herramientas.
  • Mantener y soportar herramientas.
  • Implementar estándares y buenas prácticas relacionadas al soporte y desarrollo de herramientas.
  • Capacitar a los usuarios y generar documentación.
  • Mantenerse informado y actualizado respecto de últimas tendencias de las herramientas.
Requisitos Principales:
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia comprobable en soporte a aplicaciones/integración nivel 2.
  • Conocimientos sobre el funcionamiento de ecosistema Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Conocimientos en API, incluyendo Web Services y microservicios.
  • Conocimiento de formatos de mensaje: XML, JSON, EDI.
  • Capacidad de lectura de logs.
  • Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles de trabajo.
  • Experiencia en gestión de tickets utilizando herramientas como ServiceNow.
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de Knowledge Base, como Confluence.
  • Habilidad para mantener una buena interfaz con el cliente.
  • Comprensión de diagramas UML.
  • Nivel avanzado de Inglés (C1) para la comunicación efectiva.
Requisitos Deseables:
  • Conocimiento en herramientas de integración Low Code.
  • Experiencia en Unit tests o SIT.
