Talent Acquisition Specialist in Huawei Chile | IT Recruiter | HRBP | Organizational Development | Psychologist On behalf of the world-famous ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are seeking a highly organized and process-driven Contract & Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our Carrier Business Group team. This critical role ensures the end-to-end management of contract fulfillment and the efficiency of our billing and revenue collection processes with key Telecom Operators (CSPs). Role & Tasks Contract Fulfillment Management: Take full responsibility for the post-signature contract lifecycle, including managing contract handover, changes, risks, assumptions, and formal closure. Invoicing & Billing Oversight: Manage the invoicing process and proactively work to speed up billing. Provide direct support to the payment collection department to ensure timely revenue recognition. End-to-End Process Monitoring: Track and monitor the complete operational flow from Purchase Order (PO) receipt and confirmation through contract change management and fulfillment status. Billing Trigger Plan Maintenance: Create, maintain, and update the invoicing and billing trigger plan accurately and in a timely manner. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Finance, Sales, and Service departments to resolve any issues related to purchase orders and billing, ensuring alignment and smooth execution. Desired Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in contract administration, order‑to‑cash (OTC) processes, billing, or revenue cycle management, preferably in telecommunications, IT, or a project‑based industry. Strong understanding of commercial contracts, purchase orders, and the link between delivery milestones and invoicing. Excellent organizational skills with a rigorous attention to detail and a proactive approach to tracking and monitoring. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments in a dynamic, international environment. Advanced English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems is a strong plus.
