The Role

What You'll Own
As our Remote Client Account Specialist , you'll be the first point of contact for clients after a hire, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from offer acceptance to onboarding and beyond .
Client Communication & Account Management
- Serve as the go-to contact for client inquiries, providing timely, professional responses via email, chat, and meetings .
- Build trust with clients by anticipating needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring top-tier service .
Follow-Ups & Request Handling
- Manage routine follow-ups and client requests , ensuring every issue is addressed quickly and efficiently.
- Keep hiring and onboarding processes moving by coordinating with internal teams.
Post-Hire Coordination & Onboarding
- Oversee client communication after a hire , working closely with Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Assist in client onboarding calls , guiding them through our services and ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
Job Description & Hiring Quality Management
- Assist in creating, updating, and refining job descriptions to match client needs and hiring trends.
- Monitor daily chat and issue resolution , keeping a close eye on both internal and client communications.
- Support candidate review and approval , ensuring hiring quality aligns with client expectations.
