The Digital Fundraising Officer in the Fundraising area at the NO-A Level in Chile Country Office reports to the Fundraising Chief. They will provide support to increase the income of UNICEF Chile and diversify its sources of income. The main goal is to enhance individual donors' acquisition and retention through digital channels.
Develop the digital fundraising strategy and annual workplan:Understand Chile's digital market opportunities and challenges, analyzing trends and competitors.Create a digital fundraising strategy aligned with the Private Sector Plan.Develop annual workplans ensuring strategy implementation and expected results delivery.Work with digital agencies and providers to achieve KPI's related to the strategy and workplan.Implement digital fundraising strategy and initiatives:- Plan, execute, and evaluate channel investment strategies for maximum ROI.
- Develop strategies for different digital channels like SEO/SEM, Display, Social Media, etc., focusing on volume and ROI.
- Implement a CRO strategy, analyze user journey, and draw marketing insights.
- Create processes for testing with measurable results for quick impact on income.
- Optimize website, emails, and manage CMS systems.
- Execute acquisition and donor retention campaigns, including A/B testing.
- Integrate internal and external teams to align channels and work towards common goals.
- Ensure performance from external providers and agencies, supporting other PFP areas.
- Collaborate with Geneva PFP teams and report on results.
- Define performance indicators according to the Fundraising Strategy.
- Propose improvements based on results and share monthly reports.
- Maintain dashboards for key performance indicators and implement agile processes.
- Ensure data security in digital activities and platforms, compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide expertise on ICT and CRM systems use.
- Identify new trends and business models, apply digital first principles.
- Apply best practices from the UNICEF network and external organizations.
- Participate in regional conversations with digital specialists.
- Develop all digital initiatives for new donors and income growth.
- Control and overview of each digital campaign.
- Data compilation for decision making and managing relationships with providers.
- University Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or fundraising.
- Experience in social media, web development, CRM, search marketing, analytics, and fluency in Spanish and English.
- Some experience in developing countries or emergencies is a plus.
