EL PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO ES:


Definir, en conjunto con el CEO, la visión del desarrollo tecnológico y el roadmap de nuevas soluciones, además de los estándares que garanticen procesos eficientes y de calidad.

Asimismo, el Chief Technology and Product Officer deberá asegurar el correcto uso de los recursos asignados, maximizando el ROI en el mediano plazo.


LA POSICIÓN INVOLUCRA:

1) Desarrollar soluciones que sean adoptadas por el mercado y que cumplan las expectativas de los clientes.

2) Definir qué tipo de tecnologías se deben usar en la empresa para cumplir los requerimientos de corto y largo plazo.

3) Tener cercanía para entender a los clientes actuales y potenciales, con el objetivo de definir un roadmap de desarrollo adecuado.

4) Implementar una estrategia de protección de propiedad intelectual.

5) Desarrollar productos que sean replicables en múltiples clientes de forma simple y eficiente.

6) Integrar y entender tecnologías de software y hardware.

7) Ser líder y mentor de su equipo, junto con apoyar a otras áreas en temas de tecnología.

8) Estandarizar, documentar procesos y desarrollar manuales de operación e instalación.

9) Velar por la mejora continua.

10) Cumplir con el presupuesto y cuidar recursos.

11) Investigación de nuevas tecnologías y tendencias tecnológicas.

SE ESPERA DE TI:

a)

Estudios:
Ingeniería Civil Electrónica, en Computación o similar.

b) Requisitos y Experiência:

  • Al menos 5 años de experiência en desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicas de IoT, Machine Learning, IA, Robótica o Automatización.
  • Desarrollo de productos que hayan tenido ventas anuales sobre USD 2 millones.
  • Al menos 3 años de experiência liderando equipos desde posiciones estratégicas.
  • Inglés avanzado (excluyente)
