Description
The Digital Fundraising Officer at the NO-A Level in the Fundraising area at UNICEF Chile Country Office reports to the Fundraising Chief.
The role involves providing support to boost UNICEF Chile's income and diversify funding sources.
The primary goal is to enhance individual donors' acquisition and retention through digital channels to broaden the income sources.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop the digital fundraising strategy and annual workplan.
- Understand Chile's digital opportunities and challenges in the market, analyze digital fundraising trends, and assess main competitors.
- Create and implement a digital fundraising strategy aligned with the Private Sector Plan.
- Work on digital acquisition and donor retention campaigns across all digital channels to meet fundraising targets.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate investment strategies for different digital channels to maximize ROI.
- Implement a CRO strategy, optimize conversion rates, and analyze user journeys for marketing insights.
- Focus on creating testable work processes with quick fundraising impact.
- Develop and optimize websites, emails, and manage CMS systems.
- Coordinate digital fundraising efforts and ensure alignment among various teams and agencies.
- Create dashboards, metrics for performance measurement, and propose improvements based on results.
- Provide support and leadership in digital alliances with other PFP areas and report back to Geneva teams.
- Stay updated on digital fundraising best practices and trends to apply innovative strategies.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements for all digital activities, including data transfer and GDPR.
Developing digital initiatives to acquire new donors and increase income.Monitoring and controlling digital campaigns systematically.Collecting and analyzing data for decision-making.Managing relationships with providers and vendors.Qualifications:
University Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Fundraising, or related field. Master's in Digital Marketing is a plus.Minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing or fundraising, with expertise in social media, web development, analytics, and marketing communications.Experience in developing countries or emergency contexts is beneficial.Fluency in Spanish and English.
