Your day at NTT DATA
The Associate Learning and Development Partner is an entry subject matter expert, responsible for assisting with the delivery of learning and development initiatives for an assigned business unit.This role works on less complex activities involved in the full training cycle and earns how to enhance the learning and development experience at the organization by assisting with the facilitation of internal learning training, initiatives and platforms.
What you'll be doing
1. Apoyo en la ejecución y seguimiento de programas de capacitación de la organización.
- Coordinar la compra y ejecución de academias de idiomas, seguimiento con participantes de su asistencia, responder a requerimientos del proveedor, etc.
- Seguimiento del cumplimiento de los cursos de Compliance.
- Seguimiento del cumplimiento de procesos corporativos de capacitación (ej. Performance Review, Goal Setting, PDP, etc.
- Adaptar PPTs globales para realizar cursos en español.
- Apoyar ejecución de otros programas diseñados por el área (inscripciones, diseño de presentaciones, seguimiento de asistencia, etc.) (ej. People Management Training, Performance Review, NTT Academy, etc.).
2. Recolección y análisis de data de programas de cultura y capacitación realizados.
- Envío de encuestas de satisfacción y pruebas de aprendizaje (si aplica).
- Registro de programas realizados: Asistentes, porcentajes de asistencia, costo, uso de Budget, evaluación, etc.
- Análisis de resultados de los cursos por mes (porcentajes de participación, contenidos entregados, Budget utilizado, etc.).
3. Cotización y coordinación de capacitaciones con proveedores externos
- Evaluación de distintos proveedores de soft skills u otras habilidades
- Cotización y generación de OC
- Coordinación con área solicitante (fecha, grupos, modalidad, ejecución, etc.)
4. Seguimiento de la utilización del presupuesto de capacitación
- Registro de solicitudes de capacitación de todas las áreas de la compañía
- Registro de líneas de capacitación en Budget utilizadas por mes por todas las áreas de la compañía
- Análisis de montos de Budget utilizados por mes
5. Administración de cursos realizados con Franquicia Sence.
- Cotización y registro de cursos franquicia Sence.
- Contacto directo con OTIC para ingresar cursos, informar cambios, entre otros.
- Coordinación del pago de costo empresa y aporte OTIC de cursos con franquicia Sence
- Seguimiento de requerimientos anuales del Comité Bipartito
6. Apoyo en la ejecución y seguimiento de programas de clima, cultura y bienestar en la organización
- Apoyo en diversas tareas en el proceso de diagnóstico, análisis e intervención en clima y cultura organizacional (Great Place To Work)
- Cotización, compra y coordinación con proveedores de charlas de bienestar para la organización
7. Coordinación de eventos corporativos en la oficina
- Cotización y compra con proveedores de catering, decoración, etc.
- Organización de eventos en la oficina (pascua, día de la madre, día del padre, día de la niñez, Halloween, etc.). Incluye apoyo en la definición de actividades, inscripciones y promoción, decoración, compra de regalos y catering, ejecución del evento.
8. Apoyo en comunicaciones internas del área de cultura y capacitación, y envío de invitaciones
- Envío de invitaciones para actividades de cultura y capacitación
- Diseño de comunicaciones para actividades de cultura y capacitación
- Envío mensual de temas relevantes del mes para el Newsletter interno
- Actualización del sharepoint (portal corporativo)
