Tu perfil:

Estamos en busca de personas encargadas de nuestro punto de contacto, encargado de activar y organizar data de nuestros clientes afín de planificar, desarrollar, liderar estrategias comerciales con el objetivo de aumentar la generación de negocio. Entregando soporte a la experiencia del cliente y garantizar el cumplimiento de nuestra estrategia. Buscamos profesionales con habilidades para resolver problemas, que trabajen de manera estructurada y organizada, prestando siempre atención al detalle.

Tus responsabilidades:

Responsabilidades generales, y como especialista EA (Excellence Area).

  • Ejecutar la estrategia y prioridades específicas del EA.
  • Asegurar la experiencia técnica y el conocimiento en el EA específico.
  • Colaborar con los mismos miembros de EA para asegurar sinergias y procesos más efectivos.
  • Colaborar en todas las EA para apoyar toda la agenda de marketing y apoyar a la línea de negocio en las prioridades acordadas.
  • Impulsar la especialización y profesionalización del marketing en el día a día.

Responsabilidades como Especialista en Excelencia Comercial, y en una Empresa de Ventas:

  • Planificar y ejecutar actividades de apoyo comercial basadas en las prioridades del plan de marketing.
  • Responsable de involucrar a la organización local en los procesos clave de CRM (lead, opportunity, contact y account mgmt.)
  • Recoger y priorizar las necesidades locales de CRM para apoyar el desarrollo de Lead-to-Cash IT.
  • Recoger y priorizar las necesidades locales en términos de visualización de datos.
  • Garantizar el progreso continuo en nuestro viaje de calidad de datos de acuerdo con los requisitos locales y globales.
  • Traduce los datos comerciales y de clientes en perspectivas para apoyar la toma de decisiones y respaldar la transformación de SC.
  • Defensor local del proceso de experiencia del cliente, garantizando que el proceso se desarrolle sin problemas y que los datos generados se traduzcan en iniciativas estratégicas locales para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
  • Campeón local que apoya nuestros esfuerzos de segmentación y garantiza el progreso local.
  • Líder local para todas las prioridades y actividades relacionadas con la Excelencia Comercial: diseño, activación y seguimiento.
  • Contribuidor al grupo de Excelencia Comercial y/o iniciativas globales.

Idioma: inglés intermedio, tanto oral como escrito

Educación y Conocimientos: Buscamos profesionales con experiencia en Science Data, análisis de datos, que sean tanto, ingenieros, administración de empresas, marketing, entre otros.

Herramientas: Power BI, Paquete Microsoft, entre otros relacionados.
