El propósito de este rol es trabajar en el equipo Excelencia Operacional junto con los equipos de operaciones para mejorar la productividad, la eficiencia operativa, reducir los costos de operación. Proporcionar dirección estratégica de excelencia operacional (ExOp) para las personas, los sistemas, programas, procesos, proyectos en todo el flujeo de valor y áreas de soporte al negocio, según sea necesario.

- Brindar asesoramiento y experiência multidisciplinaria a los miembros del equipo
- Es considerado un experto líder en su campo, incluida la mejora de procesos y la gestión de proyectos.

**Cómo será tu trabajo cotidiano**
- Revisar/comprender/identificar problemas y causas que afectan los KPI de la organización.
- Identificar acciones correctivas y generar iniciativas de ExOp así como apoyar a los equipos de trabajo en terreno en la identificación de estas oportunidades.
- Sintetizar y analizar datos para comprender los problemas y las causas sistémicas subyacentes.
- Liderar el equipo a lo largo de las diferentes fases (análisis de datos, definición de prioridades, medición, talleres, etc.)
- Llevar las acciones al cierre y lograr los resultados esperados y documentar sus planes y resultados.
- Identificar y realizar un seguimiento de los indicadores clave de rendimiento para medir el éxito del proyecto.
- Facilitar el proceso de priorización de iniciativas dentro de la empresa.
- Abordar los obstáculos y escalar oportunamente los problemas según sea necesario.
- Desarrollar continuamente la disciplina y prácticas en el día a día, asegurando adherencia y entrenando en el puesto de trabajo.
- Ser un ejemplo y modelo en el comportamiento del personal, comprendiendo las expectativas y facilitando su alineamiento con los objetivos trazados.
- Ser una influencia proactiva con diversos equipos de trabajo para desarrollar la cultura y la estrategia ExOp en el terreno.
- Capacitar a gerentes, supervisores y empleados en el desarrollo y evolución de sus sistemas de gestión del desempeño, así como en el uso de herramientas Mejora Continua y Excelencia Operacional utilizadas en cada contexto específico.
- Ser referencia en la metodología de mejora continua y actuar como coach con el público de interés para promover y desarrollar una cultura de mejora continua.
- Establecer las comunicaciones necesarias con los distintos organismos internos y externos.

**Lo que necesitas para tener éxito**
- ** **Título técnico/profesional con experiência mínima de 7 años en mejora continua o Bachillerato con experiência mínima de 5 años.
- Campo de estudio: Minería y metales; Manufactura, Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas; calidad
- La certificación Lean, Green o Black Belt se considera un activo sólido.
- Dominar las distintas herramientas y técnicas de mejora continua (6 Sigma,
- Lean Manufacturing, facilitación, RDP, Kaizen, RASCI, gestión del cambio, etc.)

- Gran capacidad para capacitar, motivar y movilizar a otros
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para liderar la resolución de problemas y alinear a las partes interesadas en las decisiones al romper los silos y los obstáculos.
- Liderazgo comprobado para generar resultados con sólidas habilidades organizacionales y una clara capacidad para desglosar metas más altas en proyectos y acciones enfocados
- Buen conocimiento del contexto y operaciones mineras es considerado una ventaja.

**Your future role on our team**

The purpose of this role is to work in the Operational Excellence team together with the operations and/or project teams to improve productivity, operational efficiency and reduce costs. This also seeks to achieve better overall performance, including a better quality of life at work. In the same vein, this position provides strategic direction of operational excellence (ExOp) for people, systems, programs, processes, projects across the value stream and business support areas, as required.

**An overview of your day-to-day work**
- Review/understand/identify problems and causes affecting the organization's KPIs.
- Identify corrective actions and generate ExOp initiatives as well as support field teams in identifying these opportunities.
- Synthesize and analyze data to understand problems and underlying systemic causes.
- Leading the team through the different phases (data analysis, priority setting, measurement, workshops, etc.).
- Bring actions to closure and achieve the defined goals and document your plans and results.
- Identify and track key performance indicators to measure project success.
- Facilitate the prioritization process of initiatives within the company.
- Address obstacles and timely escalate issues as needed.
