Al asumir este rol, serás responsable de Gestionar e implementar el Servicio en una cartera de clientes y apoyar en el desarrollo de los objetivos fijados por el área, coordinando los proyectos de manera integral entre las áreas de apoyo interno y con los clientes.


Algunas de las funciones que podrías asumir son:

  • Ser responsable de una cartera de clientes.
  • Evaluar el grado de satisfacción de clientes asignados, a través del seguimiento continuo, para cumplir con los estándares de la Empresa.
  • Realizar planificación y desarrollo de acciones que respondan a cada necesidad de nuestros clientes.
  • Identificar indicadores a medir para el impacto de nuestro servicio y las distintas acciones ejecutadas y hacerle seguimiento.
  • Mantener una relación estrecha con la contraparte operacional, reuniéndose periódicamente.
  • Analizar información ingresada y/o enviada por el cliente, realizando inferencias e identificando oportunidades de mejora.
  • Buscar nuevos requerimientos y oportunidades de mejora para evaluar la eventual incorporación de nuevos productos/funcionalidades a su cuenta, en función de las metas del área.
  • Coordinar gestiones con distintas áreas internas.
  • Confección de informes de gestión para envío periódico a clientes.

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniero comercial/ industrial o carrera afín.
  • 2 años de experiencia en trato con clientes, además de manejo de proyectos y coordinación con equipos para entregar parte de la solución.
  • Metodología de Proyecto, nivel Avanzado.

Consideraciones importantes:
Se trabaja por objetivos, no obstante, tenemos un horario referencial
de 9:00 a 18:00, con salida el día viernes a las 16:00.
