El AWS Sales Account Manager será un pensador analítico excepcionalmente fuerte que prospera en entornos dinámicos de ritmo rápido y tiene solidas habilidades de comunicación, liderazago y trabajo colaborativo.Responsabilidades:
- Analizar el potencial del territorio / mercado.
- Realizar un seguimiento de las ventas y los informes de estado.
- Realizar llamadas en frío a clientes potenciales.
- Identificar, establecer y desarrollar la relación positiva con clientes potenciales dentro de las verticales objetivo.
- Acelerar la adopción de los clientes al comprometerse con los C-leves y diferentes stakeholders.
- Presentar, posicionar y vender los productos y servicios con argumentos sólidos en los prospectos.
- Realizar análisis de costo-beneficio y necesidades de clientes existentes.
- Sugerir soluciones e ideas innovadoras para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente.
- Elaborar la propuesta comercial apoyado en las unidades internas cuando sea requerido.
- Acelerar la resolución de problemas y quejas de los clientes para maximizar la satisfacción.
- Lograr los objetivos y resultados de ventas acordados dentro del cronograma.
- Desarrollar relaciones estratégicas a largo plazo con los stakeholders.
- Monitorear las métricas de desempeño de ventas.
- Mantenerse actualizado en las mejores prácticas y tendencias de marketing promocional.
Indispensable
- Profesional universitario en áreas comerciales y/o tecnología (o afines).
- Experiencia laboral superior a 3 años vendiendo soluciones de TI compleja.
- Habilidades comunicativas con personas de diferentes niveles, áreas y roles.
- Priorización, gestión del tiempo y habilidades organizativas.
- Excelente capacidad de negociación y presentación.
Deseable
- Certificación AWS Cloud Practitioner o superior.
- Experiencia trabajando con servicios y costos de AWS.
- Experiencia con Excel/Google Sheets.
- Poseer alguna certificación en AWS.
- Inglés intermedio o avanzado.
