El account manager/Leader está dentro del Squad "Customer Success", y es el responsable de la gestión de las cuentas de la empresa.

Es el contacto directo entre los clientes y la compañía y debe controlar que estos estén satisfechos con los servicios que se les presta.

Las personas en este cargo deben fidelizar al cliente y proporcionarle la mejor experiencia de usuario posible.

Tareas:
Gestión de proyectos en las herramientas pactadas (Jira, Mural, Notion, GSuite)
Correcta organización de material de la empresa
Control de productividad de los equipos internos
Análisis de rendimiento del equipo interno
Servir de contacto entre cliente y empresa
Conocer las necesidades de cada cuenta y crear relaciones sólidas con los nexos
Controlar que se cumplan los objetivos de cada cliente en tiempo y forma
Detectar nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento para la empresa
Comunicar a todo el equipo de trabajo la situación de cada momento
Elaborar informes internos y externos en fechas acordadas
Transmitir a los clientes el progreso de cada proyecto de forma continua
