Outbound Sales Manager

  • Mejora continua: Analizar el rendimiento del equipo y las estrategias, y realizar ajustes según sea necesario para mejorar los resultados de ventas
  • Investigación de mercado y segmentación: Identificar segmentos de mercado relevantes y realizar investigaciones para comprender las necesidades y los comportamientos de los clientes potenciales.
  • Desarrollo de scripts y materiales de ventas: Puede ayudar a crear guiones y materiales de ventas efectivos que los representantes de ventas pueden utilizar durante sus interacciones con los clientes potenciales.
  • Establecer métricas y seguimiento: Debe establecer indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) para medir el éxito del equipo y realizar un seguimiento constante del desempeño de ventas.
  • Colaboración con otros departamentos: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos, como servicio al cliente, para asegurarse de que haya coherencia en la estrategia y la comunicación.
  • Desarrollar estrategias de ventas salientes: Debe diseñar planes y estrategias efectivas para llegar a clientes potenciales y generar oportunidades de ventas.

Experiência

Trabajo en área comercial, idealmente prospección

Habilidades de ventas: Deben tener un profundo conocimiento de técnicas de ventas efectivas, estrategias de cierre de ventas y habilidades de negociación para poder guiar y brindar orientación a su equipo.
