En este rol tus responsabilidades serán:

  • Comprometerse desde el principio con todos los clientes para identificar sus necesidades y ayudarles a desarrollar soluciones que se ajusten a ellas
  • Registrar y capitalizar las lecciones aprendidas de los proyectos ejecutados, adoptar prácticas de mejora continua
  • Apoyar a los jefes de ventas en las actividades de búsqueda de proyectos
  • Proporcionar la integración de la tecnología y las necesidades empresariales del cliente
  • Garantizar que la estrategia de búsqueda y la estrategia de implantación estén alineadas
  • Convertirse en asesor técnico de confianza para los principales clientes
  • Participar en actividades de marketing (presentaciones de producto, seminarios, etc.) para promover los productos y soluciones en la industria M&M para nuestra Región Minera (Chile & Perú)
  • Coordinar con otras unidades de negocio de Emerson la búsqueda de soluciones integradas
  • Trabajar con el Grupo de Propuestas para el desarrollo de propuestas que cumplan con las necesidades y expectativas del cliente.
  • Identificar e integrar productos y servicios Emerson y no Emerson en soluciones que ayuden a los clientes a alcanzar sus objetivos operacionales.
  • Informe semanal y revisión del plan de actividades con el Jefe de Ventas
  • Visitas regulares junto con los Líderes de Ventas de la unidad de negocio para identificar las necesidades de los clientes en los sitios.
  • Participación en las formaciones técnicas de la unidad de negocio impartidas por Emerson o los clientes.
  • Reuniones periódicas con el equipo de Operaciones (Jefes de Proyecto y Jefes de Equipo) para el seguimiento de todas las implementaciones técnicas en los proyectos.
  • Atender todo entrenamiento de carácter obligatorio dispuesto por la compañía, como ser los relacionados a Trade Compliance y toda temática relacionada a cumplimiento de normativa legal y/o corporativa, pudiendo además ser referente en dichos temas si así se le requiera.
  • Consolidar la información para documentar las soluciones de Emerson en MSOL Latam.
  • Crear un manual de soluciones específicas que sirva de referencia para las unidades de negocio.
  • Reuniones periódicas con el equipo de Soluciones en cada país de acuerdo a los requerimientos del proyecto.

Para este rol se necesita:

  • El arquitecto de soluciones posee sólidos conocimientos de las soluciones de automatización, las mediciones industriales y los elementos de control final utilizados en la industria de minería. Este conocimiento debe incluir los fundamentos básicos del proceso y los requisitos de las operaciones y los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI).
  • Experiencia en desarrollo e implantación de soluciones de automatización para la industria minera.
  • Conocimientos básicos de gestión de proyectos, ingeniería de proyectos, controles de proyectos, entregables FEED, procesos de trabajo básicos de ejecución de proyectos, procedimientos de prueba FAT/SAT, servicios de instalación y puesta en servicio, paquetes de documentación, desarrollo de cronogramas de proyectos y procedimientos de gestión de cambios (MOC) y conocimientos generales de servicios de ejecución de proyectos.
  • Se requieren conocimientos del paquete de aplicaciones de Microsoft Office, incluidos Word, PowerPoint, Excel y Outlook.
  • 70% de tiempo de viaje
  • Titulación en ingeniería o equivalente
  • Mínimo cinco (5) años de experiencia en ingeniería en mediciones industriales y elementos de control final.
  • Experiencia demostrada en la industria de M&M
  • Capacidad para comunicar el valor de la automatización basado en el negocio
  • Inglés fluido escrito y verbal
  • Conocimientos generales básicos en normas ISO 9001 sistemas de gestión de calidad
  • Conocimientos generales básicos en normas ISO 45001 seguridad y salud en el trabajo y 14001 medio ambiente. (Aplicable en Emerson Argentina).
