Job Description

This is a highly specialized role that requires expertise in security, networking, and systems engineering. As a Channel Systems Engineer at Palo Alto Networks, you will be responsible for building relationships with channel partners, enabling them to sell and deliver our solutions, and providing technical guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Partner Enablement: Provide training, enablement, and sales support to channel partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully sell and deliver Palo Alto Networks solutions.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with partners to design and deploy comprehensive security solutions that meet their customers' needs and align with our company's vision.
  • Tech Support: Offer technical guidance and support to partners to help resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in security, networking, and systems engineering, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Specifically:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in security, networking, and systems engineering; ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on location and qualifications.
