Nuestra Gerencia Contract Management, llama a las personas interesadas a participar en el proceso de búsqueda para un reemplazo pre y post natal para desarrollar el cargo Ingeniero(a) Administración de Contrato.

OBJETIVO DEL CARGO / (JOB STATEMENT)


Responsable del manejo de contratos de suministro que ofrece MO a sus clientes, los que pueden ser, entre otros, acuerdos de precios y consignación.

Responsable de la performance, seguimiento y mejora de cada uno de ellos, realizando acciones para ampliarlos y generando nuevos contratos que permitan aumentar el Market Share de forma sustentable.

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES DEL CARGO / (JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)


Revisar propuesta comercial generada por ISS, SAM, TSS y otros; para contratos actuales y nuevos contratos junto a cliente y las áreas internas de MO (SAM, KAM, TSS, TS, entre otras).

Liderar la coordinación de los procesos de licitación y recopilación de información para las propuestas a presentar a los clientes.

Mantención de precios de venta de contratos en los sistemas corporativos.

Coordinar/Gestionar con el área legal, técnica, de producto y comercial, que las cláusulas y redacción del contrato se encuentren de acuerdo a nuestras políticas, para su aprobación.

Asegurar la inclusión de las políticas globales de la empresa (cláusulas MUST y/o MOI).

Analizar los riesgos contractuales que podrían afectar los resultados comerciales de la empresa y gestionar con las áreas de soporte la forma de mitigar estos riesgos.

Coordinar y realizar visitas (presenciales o virtuales) a los clientes para presentación desempeño y seguimiento de contratos y/o nuevas propuestas.

Velar por el cumplimento de las condiciones contractuales, realizando coordinaciones y seguimiento con áreas internas y externas.

Asegurar la renovación, actualización de precios, plazos de entrega y parámetros de los contratos de acuerdo a lo estipulado en los documentos oficiales, en coordinación con las áreas de producto de MO.


Realizar seguimiento y gestión de:

ITO (inventory turn over)
Ageing (inventario inmovilizado)
OTD, OTIF indicadores de cumplimiento de entrega


Analizar en conjunto con las áreas internas de MO los níveles de performance de los contratos a fin de generar planes de acción para minimizar desviaciones.

Realizando seguimiento de estos planes y evidenciando resultados.
Levantar lecciones aprendidas y plasmarlas en las próximas renovaciones y propuestas de nuevos contratos.

Cierre de contrato:
Velar por el cumplimiento de las cláusulas de sunset de los contratos.

Educación:
(Profesional o Técnico)

Profesional del área de Ingeniería Comercial, Mecánica, Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carreras a fin

Experiência:

3 años en cargos similares.

Formación (Conocimientos Esperados):

Experiência y conocimientos en licitaciones y/o propuestas.
Experiência en atención al cliente
Nociones básicas de gestión de inventarios
Deseable ingles hablado y escrito intermedio

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project): Nível Avanzado.

SAP / (Mantención y Materiales): Nível Usuario.

Salesforce, SpringCM:
Nível Medio.

Otros Requisitos:

Conocimientos básicos de tecnologías Metso Outotec (No excluyente)
