Contribuir al posicionamiento de Pfizer en el desarrollo de soluciones que cambien la vida de los pacientes, a través del soporte que brinda al Country Brand Lead en la generación de valor agregado y desarrollo de estrategias y plan táctico de los portafolios asignados, facilitando el cumplimiento de los objetivos e inversión acorde con la estrategia corporativa, políticas y valores de Pfizer.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Desarrolla y adapta soluciones digitales de acuerdo con las prioridades establecidas por la Unidad de negocio.
  • Soporta la traducción y creación de materiales de acuerdo con las necesidades locales
  • Coordina las Agencias Locales y regionales en la creación de proyectos (presupuesto, tiempos y calidad esperada).
  • Apoya y Ejecuta las Campañas locales, seguimiento y reporte final.
  • Coordina y planifica de forma estratégica el Omnichanel Plan para asegurar su eficacia y efectividad.
  • Analiza los KPI del Omnichannel Plan y realiza el seguimiento y revisión de métricas de alcance obtenido en campañas y materiales digitales utilizados.
  • Coordina y apoya la ejecución del Plan de CME, interactuando con los Speaker, KOL, colegas de eventos para fines logísticos.
  • Trabaja en equipo con diferentes áreas Cross funcionales CFC, Medical, Legal, Regulatorio y áreas de soporte.
  • Trabaja en coordinación con el equipo de PSP evaluando el impacto de los beneficios del programa de pacientes, así como el relevamiento con los CFC de las necesidades relevadas en terreno.
  • Brinda apoyo en la planificación y ejecución de los planes de entrenamientos a los CFC de la unidad de negocios.
  • Soporta el seguimiento cercano al cumplimiento del presupuesto e inversión del portafolio.
  • Asegura el compliance de todos los materiales y actividades desarrollados

REQUERIMIENTOS:

  • Profesional Universitario Graduado en áreas Administrativas ó de la Salud
  • Nível de inglés: Intermedio
  • Avanzado (Deseable)
  • Office Avanzado: Excel, PowerPoint (Requerido)
  • Capacidad analítica y de interpretación de Datos
  • Aprendizaje rápido y foco en la mejora continua
  • Habilidades interpersonales excepcionales
  • Habilidades desarrolladas de planificación, manejo del tiempo y comunicación.
  • Altamente proactivo, comprometido con el trabajo en equipo y orientación a resultados.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión e incertidumbre.
