You are a champion when it comes to building and maintaining trust-based relationships with your customers, suppliers, and fellow employees.

You will work closely with your internal stakeholders including other Bradken Order Fulfilment Team Leads, Logistics Team Leads, Sales, Freight (Import and Export), and Purchasing teams around the globe, and actively seek opportunities for improvement of order fulfillment processes.


With your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, you will liaise with Warehouse Teams on daily transportation needs for order dispatches and receivables if and when required.


As a key point of contact, you will work with the broader Supply Chain teams on providing Sales and customers with visibility of order progression.


Key technical criteria:

  • Prior experience leading a team
  • Detailoriented and very organized
  • Professional experience in Customer Order Management
  • Logistics/freight distributionrelated background
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for improvement


 Fluent
  • Spanish and English (written and spoken)
