About the team:

The International Expansion team is responsible for creating strategic thinking that fuels the expansion for our top sellers.

We are experts in managing international expansion for our brands across markets using our team's key network and expertise to execute quickly.

The team is as strategic as it is creative to solve problems. We thrive on ambition, open-mind and collaboration - within the team and across departments.

Your role:

Be responsible for the success of our Merchants' expansions to the Chilean market.

You will be responsible for coordinating internal teams to reach GMV and Profitability targets ; you will be in charge of a team of international expansion specialists/analysts, and you will be reporting progress to the growth team internally.


Main responsibilities:

  • You will be in charge of
    identifying expansion opportunities of our current merchants to Chile, including market analysis, and coordinating different internal teams to
    make the expansion to Chile a reality.
  • Owner and accountable for GMV and profitability targets, you are in charge of launching our brands to the Chilean market, and developing sales for the ones we already launched.
  • Your mission is to manage a team of international expansion specialists/analysts, and also work and coordinate with other teams (legal, logistics, channels, marketing, etc.) to ensure the success of international expansions of our top sellers.
  • You will have regular relationships with Clevel executives of the sellers we are partnering with
  • You will be the person designing, structuring and executing international expansion plans for our sellers
  • On top of the relationship with sellers, you will be responsible for the progress of strategic regional projects within the International team

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Have experience in people management (minimum 2 years)
  • Have worked in a Logistics company or Marketplace Company for 4+ years
  • Have already owned a P&L
  • Have managed multifaceted projects in the past
  • Are able to evolve in a fastpaced environment, with multiple stakeholders
  • Are results and datadriven, and are able to work towards results in an autonomous and independent manner
  • Advanced working knowledge of Spanish and English at minimum
  • Portuguese a plus
  • Are based in Chile
  • Have past experience working with Ecommerce and gets excited about the endless opportunities in this industry
  • Have experience in project management.
  • Are motivated to work in a fastpaced environment close to outstanding professionals with deep human qualities
  • Want to build something massive
