Misión:

Impulsar el proceso de venta a nível local de cada línea de producto y/o servicio asignado. Dar soporte técnico, comercial al cliente con el fin de lograr negocios rentables para la compañía. Satisfacer y construir relaciones a largo plazo para lograr los volúmenes de venta y márgenes presupuestados.

Responsabilidades:

  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio y generar estrategias comerciales con el fin de presentar ofertas a clientes potenciales y abrir nuevos mercados.
  • Participar activamente en el proceso de oferta y desarrollo del proyecto asesorando técnica y comercialmente en temas del producto y/o servicio a cargo con el fin de garantizar que se cumplan los requerimientos del cliente.
  • Liderar el proceso de negociación y aceptación de las ofertas con el fin de cerrar negocios y garantizar el cumplimiento de lo acordado con el cliente.
  • Entregar los negocios adjudicados a los Administradores de Proyectos cumpliendo con todos los requisitos internos a fin de dar inicio a su ejecución.
  • Monitorear permanentemente el comportamiento de la competencia y la participación de la compañia en el mercado buscando ser más competitivos y direccionar estratégicamente las ofertas.
  • Participar en la definición del presupuesto anual en volumen y márgenes para garantizar el crecimiento y rentabilidad
  • Participar en la planeación de las estrategias de ventas, la determinación de márgenes y los precios de los productos y/o servicios asignados, con el fin de encaminar los esfuerzos a lograr los volúmenes de ventas establecidos y conseguir negocios rentables.
  • Mantener contacto constante con los clientes para lograr la fidelizacion de los mismos.
  • Actualizar permanentemente las bases de datos establecidos por el grupo para el registro y seguimiento a las Ofertas presentadas.
  • General un acompañamiento constante y proactivamente a los clientes para la detección de nuevas oportunidades de negocio

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en Ingenieria Eléctrica, Electrónica, Mecanica, Industrial o afines con 4 años de experiência en el rubro
  • Nível de Inglés intermedio/avanzado
  • Manejo de Paquete Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Manejo de ServIS y Salesforce (deseable)
  • Conocimiento de tranformadores, regulaciones/normativas eléctricas y del mercado en general
