Responsabilidades

  • Preparar guías de debate y realizar entrevistas con las partes interesadas.
  • Preparar y llevar a cabo investigaciones cualitativas, si es necesario.
  • Preparar planes de pruebas de usuario para evaluar las orientaciones conceptuales.
  • Sesiones de prueba moderadas con usuarios individuales para comprobar la validez/utilidad del concepto e identificar oportunidades para refinarlo.
  • Investigación documental
  • Comprender las motivaciones y oportunidades del mercado chileno que pueden afectar al producto digital.
  • Analizar y sintetizar los resultados y aportar ideas significativas, identificando las oportunidades críticas que deben aprovecharse.
  • Desarrollar hipótesis estratégicas iniciales y perfeccionarlas de forma iterativa
  • Dirigir la definición de los objetivos y los indicadores clave de rendimiento del ecosistema de productos y clientes, los principios de experiência, el enfoque de los productos y la adecuación entre los productos y el mercado.
  • Colaborar con los responsables de producto, diseño y tecnología para articular la visión del producto (estrategia de producto, enfoque de diseño, enfoque técnico, características, etc.).
  • Preparar materiales y presentarlos al equipo y al cliente, con una narrativa que se ajuste a las ideas estratégicas.
