Garantizar una infraestructura de IT óptima de acuerdo con los estándares corporativos para mantener la operación de los servicios IT entregados a los centros de producción, subestaciones y zonas de captación de forma segura.

El/la 'Network and Infrastructure Specialist' es un/a especialista en IT que utilizará su experiência para diseñar, implementar, operar la red e infraestructura de IT de acuerdo con las demandas del negocio, asegurando un crecimiento estructurado dentro de la empresa.

Como miembro del equipo de infraestructura de IT global, el/la 'Network and Infrastructure Specialist' también es responsable de brindar soporte a los servicios centrales de IT que se brindan en todas las ubicaciones de Statkraft en todo el mundo.

La organización global de IT trabaja en estrecha colaboración con las diversas áreas de negocio, a fin de garantizar un nível de servicio adecuado.


Principales funciones:

  • Diseñar, implementar y dar soporte a las soluciones globales de red y de infraestructura IT bajo una arquitectura óptima usando los estándares corporativos.
  • Comprender las necesidades de las áreas de negocio y traducir sus requerimientos en una arquitectura de IT (red e infraestructura) que sea escalable, confiable y segura.
  • Asegurar la adecuada gestión y operación de todos los dispositivos de red e infraestructura IT (conmutadores, enrutadores, puntos de acceso inalámbrico, firewalls, proxy, servidores, storage y soluciones de backup).
  • Operar y mantener la red e infraestructura de IT cumpliendo con los SLA de negocio, lo que incluye la atención de incidentes y requerimientos de acuerdo a los procesos de IT predefinidos.
  • Implementar una arquitectura de seguridad robusta para mitigar riesgos en la red, de acuerdo con los lineamientos de seguridad y mejores prácticas de la industria.
  • Sólida cooperación con el equipo CSIRT en la detección y atención de incidentes de ciberseguridad de acuerdo con los SLA acordados con el equipo corporativo.
  • Gestionar proveedores para garantizar el correcto mantenimiento de los sistemas de IT.
  • Elaboración de RFPs, presentaciones, guías de usuario final, informes de calidad de servicio, informe de estado de servicios, entre otros.

Requisitos:

  • 6 años de experiência diseñando, implementando y operando redes LAN, WLAN, WAN, Optimizadores de Tráfico y Servicios de Telefonía, de preferencia en transnacionales.
  • 2 años de experiência trabajando como 'IT Administrator', con experiência comprobada en virtualización (VMware), administración de servidores, storage y soluciones de backup.
  • 2 años de experiência diseñando, implementando y operando soluciones de seguridad (VPN, Proxy Servers, IDS/IPS and NGFW).
  • Experiência sólida y documentada en tecnologías de enrutamiento, conmutación, datacenter, calidad de servicio, MPLS y redes VPN.
  • Deseable certificación de cualquier especialización relacionada al rol a nível profesional.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en ITIL y Gestión de Proyectos (PMP).
  • Experiência deseada en soluciones de nube (Azure, Amazon).
  • Título Universitario en Ingeniería, cualquier especialidad.
