**The Opportunity**

Execute the Change Management plan for Data Evolution project across Latam developing the change capabilities stages (Design, Manage, Lead, Sustain and Engage) enabling a successful holistic agenda and ensuring partnership with Sector and the adoption of the data culture across Latam.

Lead the Change Management LATAM strategic for Data Culture program deploying the Change Management methodology components: change leadership, change approach & assessment, Stakeholder Management, Communications, Skills & Knowledge and Sustainability. Leading reporting and tracking of key KPIs.

**As the Change Management Analyst, your scope will consist of...**
- Lead and deploy the holistic Change Management Strategy and roadmap for Data Evolution project and Data Culture program across Latam.
- Execute Change Management plan to ensure the adoption of the data culture and data-centric behaviours through a multi-channel approach such as communications, communities, upskilling and talent management across the market.
- Lead change management activities partnering with cross functional team members and stakeholders to understand, manage and reinforce change throughout transformation life-cycle to ensure buy-in and adoption of the change
- Develop and Execute training and communication driven actions to deploy the data culture program driving improvements in data literacy and data-driven decision-making centric behaviors.
- Execute change plans to address anticipated resistance points of impacted groups, using a structured approach for impact assessment and building commitment.
- Creation and delivery of the communication plan, communication materials and alignment with communication team.
- Interact with different levels of Stakeholders (e.g Sr. Directors, Directors, MU Leaders, Manager of different areas) to support change strategy in order to engage the right audience to the transition/change scenario.
- Ensure Leadership ownership and engagement of the Digital Transformation Journey and empower an overall corporate Data Culture that promotes change at every level of the organization
- Measures Change Management effectiveness and report the Change management monthly dashboard and status.

Qualifications:

- 1 year of experience in Change Management/Transformation/HR/Learning.
- Language: Spanish / English fluent.
- Creative problem solver who see connections in data.
- Communication skills (presentation skills, assertiveness, skills to build briefings and messages as well as put together detailed communication plans)
- Ability to design and implement solid communication and training plan.
- Ability to plan and manage change initiatives and their impact to people, processes and technology, including planning and delivery of necessary organization communications to enable the change.
