Buscamos a un/a ingeniero/a, para realizar las implantaciones de Healthcare Solutions asignadas, según los estándares establecidos por la empresa.

Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades

  • Resolverás y registrarás incidencias reportadas por Clientes.
  • Cumplirás con los programas de mantenimiento de los equipos y según los turnos asignados.
  • Harás el seguimiento del traslado, correcta instalación y funcionamiento del equipo en dependencias del cliente.
  • Informarás en el sistema o mediante documentación establecida que refleje el proceso realizado.
  • Mantendrás actualizados tus conocimientos respecto a los nuevos productos liberados.
  • Conocerás los manuales de equipos y asistirás a las capacitaciones indicadas por la compañía.

Para realizar este trabajo con éxito, una persona debe ser capaz de llevar a cabo las responsabilidades de manera satisfactoria.

Los requisitos enumerados a continuación son representativos de los conocimientos, habilidades, formación y/o capacidad requeridos. Se pueden realizar adaptaciones del puesto para que las personas con diversidad funcional puedan realizar las tareas del puesto.

  • Has finalizado Estudios Técnicos o Universitarios en Informática o Electrónica con mención en informática.
  • Tienes disponibilidad para viajar a nível nacional, dependiendo de las necesidades de cliente.
  • Puedes realizar guardias nocturnas de atención al cliente telefónicamente.
  • Manejas paquetería office y tienes conocimiento avanzado en bases de datos e internet. Conoces a nível medio sistemas Operativos Windows y Linux.
  • Valoraremos que conozcas Java.
  • Hablas inglés a nível avanzado.
  • Eres una persona proactiva, con motivación por el aprendizaje y flexibilidad.
