Maquinaria se encuentra en la búsqueda de su próximo/a
Commercial Zone Team Lead quien tendrá la misión de liderar y supervisar las operaciones de ventas en una región específica, asegurando el logro de objetivos de ventas, la satisfacción del cliente y el crecimiento sostenible del mercado para la línea de productos de Hino.

Dentro de las principales funciones a realizar se encuentran:

  • Implementar estrategias de venta para la zona asignada alineados a los objetivos propuestas según share de la marca en la zona.
  • Gestionar los equipos de venta, motivar y supervisar la operación de la red.
  • Monitorear los objetivos de venta mensuales y por Q implementando tácticas efectivas para superar tales metas.
  • Desarrollar sólidas relaciones con nuestros clientes claves garantizando la satisfacción y gestionando quejas y problemas.
  • Según análisis de mercado entregado por Marketing, generar estrategias según las tendencias, la competitividad y las oportunidades.
  • Generar los reportes solicitadas por Jefatura para presentarlos a gerencia, revisar constantemente KPI de ventas para ajustar la estrategia según sea necesario

Requisitos:

  • Formación profesional en Administración de empresa, Ingeniería Comercial, con experiência en ventas y marketing.
  • Experiência en roles de gestión de venta.
  • Conocimiento del mercado chileno de transporte y logística.
  • Habilidades demostrables de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
  • Habilidad de negociación y de comunicación.
  • Orientación para trabajar con metas y bajo presión.
