The Role
Our Client Services Officer provides exceptional client experiences through pre
- and post

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and responding to the main client services inbox and other avenues of client inquires to ensure clients are responded to in an accurate and timely manner
  • Recording and cataloguing client issues and requests to provide actionable insight to management
  • Maintaining and updating our Website Support Page and Knowledge Base
  • Maintenance and improvement of client communication channels and methods
  • Improving the Conversion and Retention ratios for clients who contact the Client Services team
  • Developing a working knowledge of Customer Due Diligence and helping with backoffice functions, such as creating client accounts while upholding compliance and regulatory requirements

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar role
  • Strong customer focus, the ability to relate to and understand our clients and a passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality even in busy times
  • Strong relationship building skills, both internally and externally
  • Ability to use good judgment, act and make decisions with integrity
  • Desire and passion for continuous learning, improvement, and innovation
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and everevolving environment where priorities can change quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish as well as English

It's good to have:

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree (Business, Finance, Management, Economics)
  • Experience in financial services and a basic understanding of and interest in trading, financial markets
