Qué harás:

  • Representante de ventas para Stryker Corporation en Chile, específicamente en la región norte del país (desde Copiapó hasta Arica), responsabilizándose de las líneas de Joint Replacement y Trauma.
  • Establecerse como el principal interlocutor entre la empresa y los clientes, cultivando relaciones sólidas y brindando un excelente servicio.
  • Responsable de todas las actividades de ventas en cuentas o zonas asignadas, incluyendo la identificación de oportunidades, el seguimiento de prospectos y el cierre exitoso de ventas.
  • Generar órdenes de compra y coordinar la programación de cirugías en las líneas de reemplazo articular y trauma, asegurando una gestión eficiente y precisa.
  • Garantizar que los bienes o servicios de la empresa se entreguen de manera correcta y oportuna, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad establecidos.
  • Priorizar de manera estratégica las oportunidades comerciales más relevantes para Stryker, maximizando el impacto en los resultados.
  • Participar activamente en la elaboración y presentación de propuestas en licitaciones tanto públicas como privadas, demostrando habilidades persuasivas y conocimiento técnico.
  • Planificar de forma efectiva los objetivos semanales, mensuales, trimestrales y anuales, alineados con las cuotas establecidas, y tomar las medidas necesarias para alcanzarlos.
