Objetivo:
Realizar junto al Trabajador Social del programa la atención de primera respuesta a las familias en situación de vulnerabilidad que lo requieran para enfrentar la emergencia, a través de un adecuado diagnóstico, contención y aplicación de estrategias de intervención, que permitan garantizar una atención eficiente y gestión oportuna al acceso de derechos civiles y sociales que contribuyan a resolver las necesidades biopsicosociales inmediatas que presentan, de acuerdo a los lineamientos técnicos establecidos por la institución y por el servicio público para la gestión de los diversos servicios y beneficios disponibles.
Funciones:
- Realizar intervenciones necesarias para elaboración y seguimiento del plan de trabajo.
- Gestionar en la red recursos necesarios según necesidad de las familias, como la generación de contactos entre familias e instituciones de apoyo social. Orientar a las familias respecto a beneficios, redes de salud, entre otros.
- Gestionar eficientemente los recursos materiales y de información puestos a su disposición, a fin de lograr las metas establecidas por la Dirección y los planes estratégicos de la Fundación de Beneficiencia Hogar de Cristo y sus filiales.
Requisitos:
- Técnico social
- Manejo de plataformas digitales.
- Manejo del trauma y contextos sociales adversos.
- Conocimiento en la oferta de beneficios y servicios sociales actuales.
- Trabajo con población vulnerable o en situación de emergencia.
- 1 año de experiência en cargos similares.
