  • Buscamos una persona que se sume a nuestro equipo en una posición estratégica clave para actuar como consultor interno de estrategia y operaciones comerciales de Lemontech. Esperamos que apoye a las áreas clave del negocio para cumplir con sus prioridades estratégicas, como el crecimiento de P&L, la creación de una nueva estrategia de comercialización, la respuesta a los desarrollos competitivos y la mejora del modelo operativo. Además, será quien asegure el desarrollo y la implementación fluida y efectiva de los OKR.

Funciones del cargo:

  • Algunas de sus funciones son:
  • Liderar, asegurar y facilitar la correcta implementación y gestión de los OKR. Apoyar al equipo de liderazgo en la comprensión de las métricas, los riesgos y la identificación de acciones correctivas.
  • Catalizar la colaboración entre diferentes áreas del negocio asegurando que las iniciativas y proyectos estratégicos se diseñen e implementen de manera eficiente y sin problemas; actuar como PMO de proyectos/iniciativas centrales y transformacionales.
  • Apoyar el desarrollo de proyectos e iniciativas relacionados con la estrategia y las operaciones generales de Lemontech (por ejemplo: go to market, análisis competitivos, mejora de productos): aplicar enfoques de resolución de problemas a las tareas/proyectos asignados.
  • Trabajar con equipos multifuncionales en proyectos estratégicos y operativos, para estructurar y resolver problemas comerciales y hacer recomendaciones sobre una amplia gama de cuestiones comerciales.
  • Desarrollar análisis cuantitativos rigurosos, basados en hechos para respaldar las recomendaciones, garantizando la solidez estratégica y financiera y la alineación para cualquier recomendación.
  • Mapear y buscar continuamente oportunidades para innovar y mejorar procesos operativos y formas de trabajo incorporar IA y tecnología en los procesos
  • Impulsar el progreso en Lemontech
  • Apoyo en la planificación estratégica y operacionalización de la estrategia (por ejemplo: desarrollo de casos de negocio, iniciativas, apoyo en la creación/mejora de la Visión)
  • Crear presentaciones/documentación/informes sólidos, visualmente atractivos y concisos que comuniquen datos y análisis complejos de una manera visual, clara, reveladora y convincente.

Requerimientos del cargo:

  • Título en Ingeniería, Administración, Economía o campo relacionado; 37 años de experiência profesional.
  • Fuerte conocimiento y habilidad de Excel y Power Point (o sus equivalentes en Google Suite)
  • Habilidades de planificación y gestión de proyectos crossfuncionales (e.g. PMO)

Opcionales:

  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y adaptarse a cambios.
