Job Purpose:
As a key member of the Region leadership team, you will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic projects internally and with business partners. Additionally, you will serve as a chief of staff for the Region Vice President.
Role Definition:
Lead the formulation and execution of the mid to long-term business development strategy in collaboration with business partners in a specific territory or market.
Responsibilities Include:
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with business partners and external consultants to identify industry trends and gather customer and business insights for proposing business growth ideas.
- Manage metrics, dashboards, and tools to monitor performance and enhance sales processes.
- Plan and oversee critical projects essential to department and enterprise success.
- Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape, market dynamics, service needs, and the company's industry positioning by establishing leadership roles within relevant trade associations, technical bodies, and schools.

Data Gathering & Analysis: Utilize tools and techniques to collect and analyze data objectively from various sources to drive informed decisions.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Employ decision-making processes and tools to analyze situations and make well-informed judgments.
Effective Communications: Apply effective communication concepts to convey ideas and information accurately.
Negotiating: Utilize negotiation concepts to negotiate internally and externally in a collaborative manner.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain healthy relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Strategic Thinking: Apply big-picture thinking to identify key success factors for the organization.
Value Selling: Demonstrate knowledge of selling principles and practices to offer valuable products and services that meet customer needs.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with a minimum of ten years of progressive experience. Previous experience in strategy development, project management, and 6 Sigma/Lean methodologies required. Proficiency in English.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in the field or with dealers. Basic knowledge of Portuguese.
