The Position
You will be in charge of developing patient's journey strategy in collaboration with the Patient Support Program (PSP), analyzing customer behavior (gathering their needs and evaluating opportunities), in order to improve their experience

Main responsibilities:

  • Map the patient's journey and raise the critical points of relevant information to share with the brand team; lead market studies regarding the understanding and improvements of the patient journey; Design of market studies
  • Analyze and present conclusions and propose improvements to the activities or services carried out by the PSP, so that together with the PSP coordinator they can implement and carry out the PSP strategy; Preparation and structuring of the patient's adherence and behavior report and proposing improvements
  • Develop and execute satisfaction surveys (NPS) and service and analysis of this of the PSP and IOCCS and conclude and submit proposals for action plans for service improvements; Local benchmark of competition and LATAM programs
  • Being the internal expert in the patient's journey always looking for improvements and sharing insights
  • Traffic analysis of the patient program page

Qualifications

  • University degree, administration or system engineering or related.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the design and development of reports, data analysis for decision making, desirable experience in customer journey development, experience in consumer behavior, ideally but not exclusively experience in the health area;
  • Fluent on Spanish and English
