Reportarás al Customer Operations Manager dentro del área de Customer Success y trabajarás en conjunto con los CSM para entender las necesidades de los clientes.


Funciones del cargo

  • Gestión diaria de licitaciones asignadas por líder.
  • Gestión y seguimiento sobre proveedores para buscar aumento en tasa de ofertas por producto y tasa de adjudicación.
  • Mantener información de la gestión realizada actualizada en las diferentes herramientas utilizadas.

Requisitos

  • Formación en carreras comerciales, Administración de Empresas, o afines.
  • 02 años de experiência en áreas de compras, abastecimiento, servicio al cliente o ventas.
  • Habilidades que buscamos: resolución de problemas, comunicación efectiva, orientación al cliente, estructurado/a y metódico/a, capacidad de trabajar bajo presión, autonomía.

Deseables

  • Experiência trabajando en startups y/o empresas tecnológicas.
  • Experiência en captación y soporte a proveedores/clientes.
