Tareas

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar e implementar protocolos avanzados para asegurar la integridad y confidencialidad de la información crítica, minimizando los riesgos de filtraciones o acceso no autorizado en las herramientas y softwares que utiliza el área.
  • Identificar oportunidades para incrementar la eficiencia y reducir costos del área.
  • Proponer y monitorear políticas innovadoras para la mejora continua de los procesos, elevando los estándares de productividad y eficacia en todas las áreas bajo su responsabilidad.
  • Fomentar un diálogo estratégico con otros gerentes para fortalecer los flujos de comunicación y optimizar los procesos interdepartamentales, promoviendo un ambiente colaborativo.
  • Liderar la implementación y supervisión de nuevos procesos de gestión, especialmente aquellos derivados de estrategias comerciales orientadas al dinámico mercado de arrendamiento, para retener eficientemente clientes.
  • Asegurar que todos los procesos se realicen conforme a la normativa aplicable, garantizando la máxima transparencia y ética empresarial.
  • Coordinar la implementación y el cumplimiento de políticas de seguridad de la información, protegiendo los activos digitales de la empresa.
  • Motivar, formar y liderar equipos multidisciplinarios, proporcionando dirección, apoyo y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.
  • Implementar estrategias para la evaluación y mejora constante de los procesos operativos, incrementando la agilidad y la capacidad de respuesta de la empresa.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con otros departamentos para asegurar una colaboración efectiva y operaciones fluidas.
  • Realizar análisis profundos de datos para descubrir áreas de mejora y optimizar la gestión y los servicios.
  • Mantener los más altos estándares de satisfacción del cliente, asegurando una experiencia positiva en cada interacción.
Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Formación universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Finanzas, o áreas relacionadas.
  • Más de 7 años de experiencia en roles de liderazgo con un historial comprobado en la gestión exitosa de equipos y proyectos a gran escala.
  • Experiencia demostrable en la gestión y desarrollo de equipos de más de 10 personas, con fuertes habilidades en liderazgo, formación de equipos y resolución de conflictos.
  • Capacidad avanzada para analizar datos, interpretar métricas de rendimiento y tomar decisiones basadas en análisis profundos. Experiencia en la definición y seguimiento de KPIs.
  • Experiencia comprobada en el uso y optimización de sistemas CRM, idealmente HubSpot, para la gestión de relaciones con clientes y análisis de ventas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de negociación y una sólida capacidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas bajo presión.
  • Actitud proactiva y hands-on, con la capacidad de involucrarse directamente en las operaciones diarias y liderar desde el frente para inspirar al equipo.
  • Flexibilidad para adaptarse a entornos de rápido cambio y crecimiento, típicos de una startup o empresa en expansión.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, capaces de interactuar efectivamente en todos los niveles de la organización.
  • Capacidad para formular estrategias innovadoras que impulsen el crecimiento del área comercial y la expansión del mercado.
