About the Role:

  • Maintain relationship with Asset Planners and HRBPs to translate strategic workforce plan into appropriate forecasting and resources to deliver on plan translate business' requirements for labour into TA plan, track progress and collaborate with TA leads to ensure effective delivery of business needs.
  • A replica of the Service Delivery Partners, operates as a single point of contact for senior Asset Leadership (GM +), navigating the TA Function on their behalf
  • Deeply understand Asset terms and conditions, market and industry trends to ensure proactive efforts enable future workforce solutions
  • Through influence in TA, improve stakeholder experience and improve planning capability in order to support the successful establishment of the Agile Hiring Pool.
  • Perform functional / strategic planning and represent TA in subfunctional prioritisation cadences
  • Lead and embed capacity planning and prioritisation capability, aligning stakeholder and HR Services needs and reporting
  • Partner across HR on behalf of Asset for Talent needs, key relationships include Principal Service Delivery Partner, Principal HR Business Partner, WFR Pod Lead
  • Establish program of work, for routine planning and performance updates

About You:

  • We are looking for people with years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnership or HR Services.
  • A tertiary degree in Human Resources, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Senior stakeholder engagement / relationship management skills
  • Experience in project management and roadmap delivery
  • Strong continuous improvements skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR tools, processes and systems required
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excels at diagnosis, problem solving, partnering and achieving outcomes.
  • Experience in Success Factors and Employee Central preferred.
  • Experience in working in a global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of business HR organization model.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of HR operational models, products, and processes.
