Role Description
As a Digital Marketing Content Analyst, you will be the main driver behind the content for the OM channel, you’ll take ownership of the content of our ads and website, generating new ideas and angles to test for communicating with our prospects and customers, helping us find and improve on the right message for the right audience at the right time and align all digital comms behind this.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to gain insights into user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
Design the structure and content of web pages and deploy them on our content managing system.
Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements, user flows, and conversion funnels.
Monitor and track the impact of optimization efforts on conversion rates and other relevant metrics.
Develop and implement data-driven conversion rate optimization strategies to improve website performance and increase conversion rates.
Craft persuasive copies for our ads, applying best practices, our consolidated learnings and personal experience.
Lead content and website relative initiatives that impact across the growth team.
You’ll be great for this position if:
You have experience in marketing research, content marketing, and marketing frameworks.
You have experience in digital marketing, advertising and performance marketing.
You are results-driven, have creative thinking skills, and pay attention to detail.
You have experience with Google Analytics and at least one CMS platform.
You have experience in UX and CRO.
You are a fast learner, creative, empathic, and resilient.
You are a great stakeholder manager and effectively manage pressure.
You’re a great project manager and communicator, and are comfortable leading projects.
You are hands-on and have advanced English skills.
You are curious, energetic and make things happen.
