Job Summary:
As a Marketing Manager - Digital Strategies, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Your leadership in creating and distributing relevant content will attract and retain a clearly defined audience, converting them into active customers and brand advocates.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and monitor digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Lead the creation and distribution of relevant content that attracts and retains a clearly defined audience, converting them into active customers and brand advocates.
Analyze user behavior on the website and digital platforms to optimize campaigns and improve conversion.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical support teams to align marketing strategies with corporate objectives.
Manage the digital marketing budget ensuring maximum effectiveness of every dollar spent.
Establish, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on the data obtained.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and results measurement.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience of at least 5 years in digital marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and web analytics, such as Google Analytics, CRM software, marketing automation platforms, etc.
Expert proficiency in English, both oral and written, essential for communications and content in an international context.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effective tactics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
