Descripción del empleo

Funciones Administrativas para el conjunto de divisiones de la empresa. Brindar asistencia en oficina, atendiendo a clientes, respondiendo a sus requerimientos. Recepción de pedidos de proveedores y correspondencia. Atención de llamados telefónicos y correos. Coordinar salas de reuniones, estacionamientos, etc. Coordinación de labores de Aseo. Atender requerimientos de CEO local

Requisitos

Persona responsable, orientada a la calidad del servicio y de buenas relaciones interpersonales. Experiencia previa en cargos y funciones similares. Debe tener conocimientos en inglés medio-avanzado (no excluible) Manejo de Office
