The team you will be joining is well-functioning and cooperation and professional sparring is a priority for everyone. Besides coordinating air import/export shipments from their beginning to their destination, among others your tasks will include:

- Keeping the client informed about all the advances and changes in the schedule.
- Attention and maintenance of customer service.
- Complying with all operational processes

- Have advanced knowledge of air operations, customer service and foreign trade.
- Possess excellent communication skills towards internal and external customers.
- Speak and write English intermediate (exclusive level)
- Have a proactive attitude.
- Can work under pressure taking care of the correct decision making.
- Good management skills of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Can define and prioritize situations that are urgent and immediate action.
- Can communicate in an empathetic, respectful and correct way, using vocabulary and cordial treatment at all times.
- Possess good management of IT systems.
- Are responsible, dynamic, orderly, organized and collaborative in the designated functions.
- Possess the willingness to receive and follow instructions from their immediate superior.
- Can actively participate, give opinion, respond and solutions in conferences with clients.
