TU ROL
  • Contribuir con la planificación, forecast y preparación de los estados financieros mensuales, trimestrales y anuales; 
  • Contribuir con información, reportes y análisis para la toma de decisiones en las areas internas de Henkel;
  • Comunicarse activa y eficazmente con la organización en temas relacionados con deferred budgeting, costeo de productos, y proceso de cierre financiero;
  • Harmonizar, centralizar y automatizar actividades de Controlling para toda la región LATAM;
  • Ser gatekeeper directo del proceso de datos maestros al igual que reporteria;
  • Velar por cumplimiento de los standards corporativos, garantizando la correcta aplicación de las directrices internas y externas en materia de información financiera;
  • Contribuir con la mejora continua de los procesos de Controlling.  
TUS HABILIDADES
  • Disponibilidad para un puesto de trabajo con contrato a plazo fijo de 1 año (12 meses); 
  • Ser graduado(a) en Administración, Finanzas, Contabilidad o carreras relacionadas;
  • Ubicación en Santiago o cercanias y disponibilidad para trabajar de manera híbrida en Pudahuel y Quilicura;
  • 2 o más años de experiencia previa con rutinas de trabajo en controladoria o contabilidad. 
  • Conocimiento en inglés idealmente avanzado (escrito/hablado);
  • Excelente conocimiento en herramientas analíticas como Microsoft Excel, SAP, Power BI y VBA;
  • Experiencia en análisis de informes, análisis financiero, forecast, tendencias, áreas de oportunidad y gestión de big data;
  • Trabajar con calidad en equipos diversos y tener una excelente comunicación;
  • Tener iniciativa y proactividad.
