The FLSmidth People Service & Technology is formed to support all the People (HR) processes and services to our employees globally. As People Services Leader, we will count on you and your team to engage, connect, and collaborate with people function colleagues all over the world to ensure FLSmidth provides best-in-class service for the employees & managers through the hire-to-retire lifecycle.
Your responsibilities
Manage the overall service delivery of the people services team ensuring the requests are responded to and resolved within the agreed Service Levels Ensure high-quality support is delivered to the employees and managers reaching out to People Services Manage all transactions related to people processes across the employee lifecycle starting from Hire to Retire Manage Reorganizations, bulk uploads, or changes supporting seasonal events like Performance Reviews, Annual Salary Reviews, etc… Overall responsible for data quality audits and subsequent corrective and preventive action plans Lead the team of People Service specialists across different countries supporting the global organization Responsible for training the people service team and providing adequate support and guidance to deliver their responsibility Manage escalations internally and close the loop with relevant stakeholders for prompt actions to avoid dissatisfaction and future errors Analyze Employee / Manager queries and provide suggestions or ideas for process improvements Analyze performance trends on the defined KPIs. Develop and implement action plans to address identified gaps and improve customer experience Identify opportunities for improving the resolution rate considering both the internal and external factors and provide actionable solutions Build and lead the People Services team by providing continuous feedback and coaching to drive team performance, development and engagement Be a change leader, demonstrating strong change management and transparent communications with the team and other stakeholdersWhat you bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, HR, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of team management experience in HR Operations / Shared Services Experience managing a global team for a minimum 2 years Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and strong organizational skills Self-starter comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving roles and responsibilities Ability to work in a collaborative decision-making environment Strong management and leadership skillsWhat we offer
