Hoy nuestra Gerencia People Chile se encuentra en la búsqueda de su próximo/a Process Lead People para proyecto, quién tendrá la misión de asesorar y acompañar a las áreas de People Chile movilizándolas hacia la transformación cultural en la forma de trabajar, a través de la mejora de procesos internos de cada equipo, de forma tal que generen eficiencia en las mismas, impactando con foco en el servicio entregado al cliente interno y garantizando la continuidad operacional del negocio según los estándares de Inchcape.
Dentro de las principales funciones a realizar se encuentran:
Asesorar y acompañar a los equipos de Personas en instaurar la metodología Lean en sus procesos, coordinando el entrenamiento y desarrollo de proyectos de mejora o innovación. Participar activamente en las sesiones formales de transformación de los equipos de Personas y darle acompañamiento a estos mismos. Coordinar y liderar reuniones formales con los líderes de Personas para revisar los estatus y avances de las implementaciones o proyectos en curso. Participar en los comités de la Gerencia People, levantando procesos a mejorar, preparando insight de clientes y definiendo planes de acción con foco en soluciones a través de las metodologías ágiles.Haremos Match si cumples con los siguientes Requisitos:
Formación profesional en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial, Psicología, Diseño, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín. Excluyente Experiencia de 4 años liderando proyectos de mejora continua en posiciones como Gestor/a de cambio, consultor/a de mejora continua, Consultor/a Lean y similares. Excluyente Conocimientos en Metodologías ágiles: Lean, Kaizen, Scrum y similares. Excluyente Conocimientos en áreas de People, idealmente Conocimientos en MS Office nivel avanzado Conocimientos en Inglés nivel avanzadoInformación de la Vacante:
