Your day at NTT DATA

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona para ocupar la posición de Talent Acquisition Partner quien tendrá la responsabilidad de llevar a cabo todo el proceso de atracción y selección de talentos, desde la definición de la estrategia para la búsqueda de candidatos(as) hasta el ingreso del nuevo(a) colaborador(ra) en la empresa.

What you'll be doing

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los Hiring Managers de diferentes áreas.Apoyar en la descripción de roles y cargos.Búsqueda de mejoras y optimizaciones en el proceso de atracción y selección.Identificar los nuevos talentos en el mercado laboral.Mantener comunicación constante con los y las postulantes a las vacantes de empleo.Manejo de bases de datos de candidatos.Publicación de aviso y filtro de CVs.Realizar las entrevistas por competencias y coordinación de entrevistas con líderes.Envío y evaluación de pruebas psicométricas.Revisión de referencias laborales.Garantizar la experiencia positiva de los candidatos(as) durante el proceso de contratación.

REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES

Estudios de Psicología o afines (Titulado/a).Experiencia de al menos 3 años en el área de Atracción y Selección.Deseable experiencia en empresas de Tecnología y/o Telecomunicaciones.Deseable experiencia en uso de plataformas online como Workday.Habilidades en la aplicación de entrevista por competencias.Conocimientos en Microsoft Office.Deseable conocimientos en Power BI y/o manejo de datos.Inglés intermedio.
